Death penalty not used? Maybe THAT is the problem, to many appeals. Mistakes are made, these 2 attorneys COULD NOT come forward, because of how the laws are written. COMMOM SENSE is not used in the making of laws, anymore. Follow the money & look at the facts. Very true, very true. Also, if we want to make it different, let's see about the idea of making a change where lawyers are REQUIRED to disclose confessions, such as this one. I mean it's only fair for the lawyer themself. Yes they have the right to return your retainer if they don't think your innocent, however, they still can not do anything about it. |
