This year I couldn't file taxes because I'm off work, so my boyfriend and the father to my youngest claimed our child so we would get more money back, well he seems to think all of that is his money and which only a portion of it is "really" his, I need 600 to pay my car off and he said the only way he was giving it to me was if I pay him back, hahaha I was like Are you kidding me? We live together, have a baby together and I'm off work because of an injury and he wants me to pay him back!!! I'm so furious, it's actually a long drawn out story with us but that's the jist of it.

OMGOSH!!! You HAVE to be kidding me!!!! It's supposed to be a partnership.....this guys is greedy and selfish in my opinion.....pay him back.....that is such BS!!!!

My ex owes me $300 and she told me she'd never pay me cause the bills were in my name so it's not her responsibility.....When it comes to money......just look closely and see who REALLY has feelings and loves you.....it's the true test....

ask him ...well you want to separate things...we are not partners...then we are not lovers....point blank...i believe in relationships...and going the extra mile to make it...but...he showed his colors...i guess that is why i do not believe in living toghter...give me old fashioned marriage...im sorry you have a child together...i guess i have a problem believing some one could be that selfish...

Why could you not file a tax return?????? Because Texas law is screwed up....everyone is supposed to get exactly 1/2, because it is considered community property. ***OOPS, sorry...thought the question was directed at me....***** |

MONEY CAN MKE PEOPLE DO AND SAY SOME CRAZY THINGS! IM A SINGLE MOM OF 5 AND WAS OFF WORK FOR A COUPLE YEARS DUE TO CANCER AND WENT THROUGH THE WHOLE LETTING HIM CLAIM OUR BOYS ON TAXES AND WE ARENT TOGETHER AND I NEVER SAW A PENNY OF THE MONEY AND HES OVER 30,000 BEHIND IN CHILD SUPPORT SO HE HAD HIS GIRLFRIEND CLAIM THEM SO CHILD SUPPORT WOULDNT TAKE THE MONEY!!I CAN RELATE GIRL- ITS PRETTY CRAZY THEY WANT TO ACT LIKE THAT UNDER CIRCUMSTANCES!IT WILL ALL COME BACK AT THEM IN THE END!!WHEN THE KIDS DAD CALLED TO TALK TO THEM- MY OLDEST WHOS 12 SAID ILL TALK TO YOU WHEN IM MORE IMPORTANT THEN $!! Well, I haven't gotten it yet, but it's in the court order when the decree is signed...she cuts me a check for $600 |

my x is my x because she spent 35k behind my back.i paid every bill in the house for 12 years.when i confronted her about the money she took off with my daughter and would not let me see her.it took 3 years of court and now i have my daughter every day.now you know why they say money is the root of evil.people show their true colors over money.if you think they are a friend loan them some money if they don't give it back they do you a favor in life. it saves you a lot of bs in life. live life.life is way to short.

Well, do what he would do to you if the roles were reversed. Say you will pay him pay off your car!
Then when the subject comes up again that u owe him money then that is when u state your point about living together and such. If you two just live together, let the SOB know u could file for and be granted child support! Sounds like you two have some issues, I hope that you have filed full custody of your son so he can't take off with him if things go south. Yes, you have legal custody now bc you are mom but if he takes off you will be fighting to get him back. |
