I knew that I shouldn't have gone and seen the movie, but I did anyways. I am having a hard time processing all of it b/c I have been talking with someone for a while now that is stationed over in iraq. I feel for all the soldiers, but especially those that have been stop-lossed.

All my thoughts and prayers go to all our men and women in the military to come home safe!

All of the soldiers have been in my prayers since day one. Especially on a war that never should have been.

Is it a good movie??? I have only seen the previews, but I said I wanted to go see it. I have a cousin in Iraq, and he is 21 and going through alot right now, I talked with my uncle today and he said Michael will be coming home in September, so that is nice that it is not that far away, but I guess one day is toooooo long for him. He is so young and I worry about him all the time.

Excellent movie, however I would not suggest anyone that knows someone that is over there watch it. However, I high recommend it to everyone.

My son is one of those that was stop lossed. It scares me to no end. I believe that this was made in order to give people a format to work with. There needs to be a movement to tell the government that we will not stand for them to make their own rules. Yes, it is in fine print, but when one is within mere days of being released?

There are tens of thousands of our men and women that are stopped lossed.

It gives me mind of why isn't there a draft? When so many are trying to be there for their country and so many won't. That our willing become captive.
