Let me start by saying I love it. I answer my phone "What up yo?"
There is a lady on here that calls me baby girl... I love when she does that. but when a 20 year old guy calls me "baby girl" uHM WTF?? or "We was talking and she was all blaize blaize" Uhm, that actually had a meaning... and not the one you are using it for. Is there slang that irriates you? Oh and baby moma, or baby daddy.... makes me hotter than a demon.... |

But the "baby" thing is irksome as that is very intimate to me, or I think they can't freakin' recall my name!!! |

When a woman starts off by saying "honey" followed by something cruel or mean like "Honey if my nose was that big I would be doing Neosenfrin commercials"
Or when people call me at my office and after the secretary forwards their call to me they say "what ya doing" Hell you just called me at work! |

I'm alright with most slang, but some just irritates me. I'm not sure if it counts, but when people type things like Srsly, RLY, or using 2 or 4 as a replacement for their respective words. Just because it's the internet, there's no excuse for illiteracy.

"It's been a minute". one hot one.... I like that one though... |

"It's been a minute". I get that response often when I ask a defendant how long ago something occurred. I usually respond with, "You mean like a 'minute' as in a week or a 'minute' as in a month? What?" And then I am always dying afterwards from saying, when they ask when the report will be done, from responding, "Oh, it'll be a minute". I don't... but OH how i want to! |

Look cockney slang has a purpose. Hip hop slang is just bad grammer. It's "peeps" being too lazy to learn their language.
What the hell does "blaize blaize" mean anyway? She's hot is actually shorter. Ebonics is just a way to justify not teaching our inner city children. Doesn't anyone use five dollar words anymore, it shows creativity and intellegence, not to mention it sets you apart. |

Next time a child calls you "baby girl" remember, he thinks your as young as he is and try to be flattered!!!! |

It is blase, blase.... insert an accent there over the last "e".
It can be substituted for "whatever" or "blah blah". |
