someone who had a previous relationship with a close friend of yours? I don't usually answer these but I say no. There are certain unsaid rules that you just don't break.

No I would not date someone who was with one of my friends. It is one of those unwritten rules of friendship that is always a good idea to pay attention to. Suppose you lose your close friend because of it. then you lose the person you dated. you are left with none of them if it fails. To me it is not worth the trouble.

No it is an unwritten rule. You do not date friend's ex's or they become friends no longer.

nice you can judge a guy you never meet, ive know the guy 10 years. beside most people think its best to be friends first

well actually there was a guy i dated before i met my daughter dad, and we were together for a short time, and were still friends. i introduced my bestfriend to him and they have been married for 22yrs
