Hey guys my daughter had her hearing today. They are keeping her a while more. She cried when she realized she was missing prom; but she still wanted to eat lunch with me; she put her head on my lap while we were waiting for family counselling; and she hugged me when I left. She also did well in family counselling this time. No flying tables or quick escapes.
Thanks for all of your love and prayers.

She *****ed because the sign on the wall said "the future's so bright I gotta wear shades" and another sign they had up there said something about "outta here"... she said "the people in here have enough problems without reinforcing bad grammar" My little English teacher. |

As we've discussed, she obviously has gained a lot of strength, humor, insightfulness and wisdom (shall I also mention bull-headedness? )from you, which is carrying her through this rough patch.
