I feel like Im getting sick. Been sneezing my brains out all day. I just squirted some Zicam up my nose. Drinking OJ like there is no tomorrow and took some vitamin C. Anything else you can suggest?

more than likely allergies kitten, if you have some benadryl take one about an hour before you decide to go to bed, you will sleep good at least.

Anything else you can suggest? emerg-c works and airborne works...i work with kids and im around up to 60 at once so that is what i take and have yet to get sick...knock on wood

The newest thing are those irrigate your nasal passage things...supposed to do wonders for the congested nose.

I swear by zicam. I have it in all it's forms. It could be allergies though. You can just get allergies when you never had them before.

When I feel a cold coming on, its strictly orange juice. As much as possible. Hint: A little shot of vodka helps it go down quicker and easier. Plus you'll rest some.
