this story's the equivelant of seeing a kid run thru the house with scissors, the first few times u take it away, then move on to repremanding....

now im at my friends house my other friend call me to tell me he must have sober up because he called and before he knew was on the phone he started to say he was sorry but i am going to the cops with all the text messaging him and his wife sends me i called my parents they going to send me the money to move so im moving back to alabama in a couple days so im doing good maybe this next tiem in court he will serve some jail time and stay out of my son and my life

Don't hesitate calling the police if you feel the need, & whatever you do; DON'T GET IN A CAR WITH THIS MAN! This is VERY important. If you get in a car with him he has control. Alert your family and friends, block his calls and whatever it takes. He sounds unstable. Been there, done that...different story, but the threats sound similar.
If you can't block his calls, screen, them. Don't ever pick up, or he won't see you're serious! If you can get or borrow a large dog, have a male friend sleep on your couch, or both much better. He will get the message.
You're right to be scared, but it won't end til you take action. Do everthing legally and wisely and you should be fine.
