A million years seemed to have passed
Since I glanced at the sky and seen heart-shaped clouds
Even the daily grind shed its dullness
When rain hammered on my windowsill
There seemed to be a rainbow in each tiny drop
A ridiculous grin claimed my lips
Would today be the day I ended up in his arms?
Doubt and sadness stood not a chance of survival
His love left me intoxicated
Warm fuzzy feelings wormed their way inside
