Get a little toss away camera and have family, friends, or even strangers take a roll of shots of you. Morning light will help avoid the need for flash and then you won't have the reflection on the glasses and the burn out on the color from the flash. You have a round face so drop the shoulders and extend your neck a little so you avoid the hulk no neck look. Blue, red, maroon, and white are good colors on guys with dark hair. Stocky built guys usually have great forearms so a short sleeve or a long sleeve rolled up will capitalise on that. Whatever shirt you pick avoid anything that is too short in the torso or pulls at the buttons because it put the eye on your keg. Go for that nice wedge look of a full length photo versus anything setting that makes your legs and arms look even shorter. Try to get at least half face shots SMILEING. If yoy like the picture but the background has something growing out of your ear then photosuite the back ground out and put in a complimentary color.

You still have that same photo, kind of blurry. Definitely try what is suggested in order to get a new one on there. It looks like you've changed your profile up a bit too, to the more negative. No one wants you lying and pretending to be just snap happy, but looking at this makes me want to pass. IMHO.
