OK, so I was sitting in the back of my building with my friend, her sister and my friends daughter. In the back we have a playground for the kids. And this guy brought his cat to the playground and tried to put it down the slide! What normal person does this?

I used to have a turtle, I kept him outside in one of those kiddy pools, people used to sneak into my yard and slide the turtle down the little slide. I got rid of the turtle because of that.

My sister (when we were little) threw my cat down the stairs once, it was about 10 stairs, and the cat landed in the middle of the room, I would say it was a good 15/20 feet. My cat just stood there for a second and ran right up to my sister. laugh

thats a shame you had to get rid of the turtle. frown

One of my cats has a habit of climbing on the roof of the house. He can get up, but can't get down. I use a 1X12 piece of wood to lean up against the roof and he'll use it as a slide. His eyes get really bignoway when he's halfway but he comes to the board voluntarily. So maybe some cats do like to slide? He does it all the time laugh

laugh He probably knows sinsce you're around he'll be safe.

I used to throw my cat around all the time, not hard or hurting him or anything, but he loved to be thrown and dropped. I would drop him on the couch or on pillows so he wouldn't get hurt, he loved it. laugh

It's a cat people.

Sure, it seems a bit unusual... when I was a kid I used to put bonnets on my cat. She hated it. She looked so darling.... flowerforyou
