I would or might get fired for filling a report againest the same team leader at my work,that filled one againest me for loafing and talking to much. ????????
I didn't say my name because you have that choice but I have a funny feeling they would know who it is. I made this report the other day, so I don't know how soon the store will get it and respond to it etc. What I find odd is that this team leader ( she ) put loafing down on the paper I have which I read what it is and I had to laugh because I don't have a computer at work and I don't have a cell phone any more cause it broke when I sliped and fall back either in Jan or Feb of this year, So that is what I find funny when it has stuffing the internet, making personal phone calls etc, Which I do not do at all unless I ask if I can but that's only if they ask me to stay later so I can let my who ever picks me up know what time I get off etc. But what has me thinking is I was never once was pulled a side and told your not supposed to be talking to other co workers while on the job, so that is what has me so some what confused about this whole thing. The crazy part is I have been wrote up for seven months or so because of this crazy bitc$ whome of which I don't get a long with and not to many others like her either. Surely I've been looking for another job but haven't heard much in return even when I have called back to companys I've applyed for in the last few weeks or so. I know I've tired Moster, Careerbuilder and Snag a job as well and get noting as of yet. I just hope even though I never said my name, that they probably know who it is and I will no doubt get into more trouble for this... which I find is kinda just getting to me for some reason even though I have my mind on other things and all. All I know is this probably can not be a good thing at the end of it all if they fire me just because I make a good counter report because I feel I'm being treated wrong.

its called retaliation and it's not allowed. if a complaint is filed on u..u are not to retaliate against the one who has filed it.

But if the complaint is from what I can see in the wrong then who's to say a person shouldn't just take the complaint laying down ?????. I am tried of being walked on and treated like crap for one reason or another and so I am taken a stand for what I belive is wrong and how the whole thing was handled, is all I got to say. Not just on my end but on there end more inless speaking. |

They would have to prove it is retaliation and not a legitimate complaint. If it is found that she really is just writing him up cuz she doesn't like him then his complaint is valid.

first thing i would do is get a car so, u dont have to use a phone. Second and final, if u didnt do it why did u sigh the write up?

I would like to say I never signed the write up at all, since I knew I did not do it. Why sign something and say I did do something when I knew I did not. As secondly I would get a car but that takes money and all which I just currently do not have enough of at the moment it's a rather long story there. Plus I never ever used a phone on there time unless I was asked to stay later or I was on lunch or something. Just to make that cleared up to you. Also plus before I use the phone I ask first to make sure it's okay, before I go using it and all. |

I know my complaint isn't retaliation. I have no reason to make a counter complaint if I knew it would be retaliation or just out of being angery. All I'm saying is she was wrong and I felt she handled it the wrong way was all. I mean okay if others can talk and get away with it then why am I getting casted out and picked on basically because of it. Bottom line if some one doesn't want people to be friendly and talk and get along with other co workers then it should be said so to every one etc, not just say hey I am writing you up and it's like this and that's that. I mean surely I understand you shouldn't be standing around talking to some one for hours at a time or taking there job away etc, I totally get that and not once have I done so. In fact because I normally get my job done I even help out others with there work and yet I get into trouble, makes no since to me. Oh well, lessoned learn I won't talk to any one any more, if that's what they want which is sad. I mean how can a company go by a saying like this " Fast Fun and Friendly " if there making the work place unfriendly and not fun to be at etc. |
