One 8 oz pkg deep pan pizza crust mix, prepared according to package directions.
One 3-1/2 to 4 oz pkg sliced pepperoni
2 cups grated Swiss cheese
2 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg beaten
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 375F Grease a large baking sheet. Roll pizza crust dough as thin as possible into an oval shape. Cover one half of crust with pepperoni, almost to the edge. Sprinkle cheeses over pepperoni; drizzle with beaten egg. (This keeps the crust moist and chewy.) Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Fold plain half of dough over covered half. Moisten edges with water and press to seal. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake 20 to 5 minutes. Cool about 10 minutes. Slice into 1-inch strips with pizza cutter.

I made something similiar when I was a baker. Instead of folding, try rolling but don't seal the ends as much so the peperoni grease drains. Either that or use a neutral tasting cheese to help soak it up inside.

Try the same with more eggs. Omlet breads can be fantastic!

Anything that uses an egg/cheese combination in the center of a tender bread instead of a jelly or a chocolate such as a Brioche bread. Any buttertop recipe usually works well also. They are very butter egg heavy.
