brown chuck beef and drain liquid. add salt and a tspn of chili powder to meat and a pinch of garlic when done. dice tomato and a little bit of scallion and then put a little lettuce on it. Add sour cream or enchilada sauce mild or hot,- whatever.

I like to use ground turkey... I do too. It's alot healthier. Yes, and if you buy it frozen it is usually cheaper than beef.
