Lycanthropy My heart becomes a howling wolf Perched atop a stony cliff Screaming into the wood Every breath venting my mood Slowly consumed by the beast Every howl ripped from my chest Screaming, declaring “Aloooooooone, Aloooooone, Alooooone.” Strychnine laced traps scattered ‘round The woman knows of the danger But how long before the wolf takes over?
