Have you ever just started crying and had no idea why? That is what I am doing right now. And I can't not seem to stop! Has anybody else ever felt this way?

Yeah. I've done this before. Sometimes it happens because I've caught myself being retrospective about what's gone on in my life. Other times, it's been because I'm being retrospective and haven't found a lot to be positive about. And there are other times when it was out of just pure frustration with a given situation.

its called pms!!!! Stay away from anything with Michael landon in it.....preferrably Little house on the prairie!!!

I did when I spilled my beer once. It was the last one and I had just eaten a Habenero Pepper

Yes it happens to me, usually after I have held it in being "strong" for months, I will start crying & know exactly why. I wonder,is this what happens to babies when we try everything & can't get them to stop? Is it just general stress relief?

I just cried today too when I watched "Cheaper by the Dozen" you know when Fedex runs away and then Steve Martin finds him on the train?? I bawled.... oooo but I have only had crying spells like yours when I was pregnant...Hmmmmmmm...Just kidding feel better hun!!

Yes it happens to me, usually after I have held it in being "strong" for months, I will start crying & know exactly why. I wonder,is this what happens to babies when we try everything & can't get them to stop? Is it just general stress relief? I tend to hold things in all the time I do not let people see that I am upset usually. For them most part everybody thinks I am a all the time happy person. Looks really can be deseving.

Everyone says I am so strong, they don't want to see the truth, because they don't want to feel guilty about ignoring my needs. I am strong because I have no choice.
