did anyone know anyone who had there lives took on 9/11, or do you know anyone who survived it??

i know of a few that have survived it, and a few others that were at ground zero, and i know of a few that stood watching helplessly in other buildings

my aunt was in the north tower and i was going to meet her for the first time that christmas but i will never get the chance to now....i have an elaborate tattoo in her memory and all those who passed that day....i also collect every article, book picture movie ANYTHING i can about 9/11...

I had a dream about 9/11 before it happened. I didn't know what it meant until it happened. Anyway, my uncle helped with the clean up at Ground Zero. He was an NYP.

a girl i used to work with , her mom was in the first tower i'll never forget how upset she was..my lord!! was horrible

My 22yr old cousin was a firefighter and died that day..I was living in New York at the time and it was insane mothers rushing to get their kids out of school, it was like the world stopped that day......

A friend of mine worked at the Pentagon. It was a rough few hours until we heard from him that he was ok.

I live about 15 miles from the city; I remember that day as if were yesterday. All the smoke, the aftermath of the towers falling, the cloud hovering in the sky. My girlfriend was (retired now) NYPD Task Force deployed to Towers; couldn't find her for hours; friends trapped in the Towers and thank God they got out -- but some didn't get out.
That day changed my life forever; gave me alot of new fears.
