well lets if if the copy and paste police go after jistme post
or if they only go after specific copy and pastes by specific people   <<<----- they are watching and wonder if jokes fit in the copy and paste category there have been a few hate speeches right here on jsh no need to go back to nazi germany and hitler |

well said Jist. I didn't say it.. Adolph Hitler did. I have to wonder though... If Hitler communicated as effectively as the original poster... There may have never been a holocaust. Maybe we SHOULD stop correcting them. I got hate mail this morning...it's my first, I'm kinda fond of it.....  oh. share it with me! |

do we try to erase hitlers OR erase what caused the blindness to believe such lies.......education? DAMN STRAIGHT! you say eduacate to prevent hitlers, and attempt to do so by defining what was hate and not hate.....if we seperate hate from all the words spoken, are the rest of the words left love.......YOU ARE NOT LOOKING AT THE ROOT LEVEL MY FRIENDS tell the people what MADE THEM WANT to believe hitler, and no blindness or deception can befall them to do this the ROOT of the blindness would have to be known...... if you have all you need to not fall prey to the same trap yourself jistme, then you would HAVE to know the answer...... what is the ROOT? |

You can JUDGE hate speech by the effect that it has on others.. every person alive look thru the pain of their own past experience........i can say i love you to some and get shot......i could say see spot run and get stabbed.....would i be the guilty one for the crime then......this method would make judging hate speech always subjective to millions of different possible interpretations |

As ruthless and violent as Hitler was, he was indeed quite intelligent. If he had used that for a positive reason he could have been a great leader, as it is he was a ruthless dictator. |

Intelligence plus evil agenda equals trouble and no hate speeches are necessarily needed, just put fear in people hearts of that which you are against and you have the control you want. Look at our own here. White supremist use fear to bolster their hate agenda, or look at Bush (in his case he had speech writers to help out with the intelligence part
) put the fear of Islam into people to make sure he would have support for his personal agenda to go to Iraq and how many here bought it???

I am not a religious person nor do I believe in God, but there is something I learned from religion that I do practice...
"Judge not lest Ye be judged." I do not judge people by their words or actions as I am not perfect, I grew up relying on hurtful words to keep bullies and such away from me. Words can inflict as much pain as a fist or a weapon. I do regret some of the things I have said to people just to hurt them and have apologized to a few of them. Half of the worlds issues are caused by people that are judging other people, if we stopped judging them, maybe our world would start to get better. |

well lets if if the copy and paste police go after jistme post Excuse me? What has you assuming I copied and pasted anything? Other then Hitlers republished speech. I understand you are still fuming about a little tif you got into with Lilith regarding her pointing out that there being much here being republished that was not original work and was not public domain. Then through her efforts.. The rules were appropriately changed. Hitlers speeches.. Considering they were made in public, published, distributed and rebroadcast to further his cause.. Are by their very nature.. inherently, public domain. Even more so.. Those speeches are a part of the collection of the National Archives and Records Administration. Which is in it's entirety, public domain. Do you think the website, I quoted had Hitlers permission to republish his work? If I had copied and pasted an article someone wrote last week about one of Hitlers speeches? You would have a point. |
