(((((Chuck))))) We will see. I had a 2 hr. visit with a new board member...he was so discussed with what I had shared with him that has been happening in my dept. the last 7 months.

well maybe your supervisor has not recieve clear direction from them and she has no direction and is not a good self motivator to define her own path

Her problem is her insecurities about her inabilities to do her job...PERIOD!!! And she resents me for knowing my job so well. It's very pathetic actually...the things she is doing/saying...she doesn't think of how it is affecting the children. On a brighter note...top comes down today!!! Temps due near 80.
