Ok..I wanna know how you(meaning anybody)would feel if they got a link from someone that they'd been talking to from time to time and the site is only geared toward ONE certain group of people(a date site).Would you think to yourself "wow what a jerk they are" or would you think "wow how nice of them to do that"?..Cuz to be totally honest I was kinda pissed off because it reminded me of a comment made by my cousin when I was younger. Sounds like they were tring to be helpful, without realizing it could come across as insensitive. I'd be inclined to figure it was well-intentioned, in the absence of any other negative behaviors. |

Ok-I am gonna still give him the benefir of the doubt. Maybe he sees you as a caring person that wouldn't let a handicap stand in the way of meeting a nice person.  I don't let my disability stand in my way of meeting nice people..If I did that..I wouldn't be on this site. OK..that's some more information...I didn't know you had a disability..that being said..I think it was just a friend trying to help you meet "THE ONE"... |

Well..like I said..I could just be seeing it the wrong way or being petty..but as soon as I saw that link my cousins words have been in my head..and she said it when I was 18.
