((((Light)))) ((((Prncs)))) My daughters will not be coming... Oh no... Why? Long story... They were originally supposed to come from Wednesday to Sunday.The visit began to fall apart two days ago when my younger daughter decided she needed to work on a surprise party for her best friend this weekend. So she wasn't coming. The older one had some stuff to do tomorrow so she had to change her plans to come tomorrow evening. The older one called tonight and isn't feeling well so she had to give me the wait and see story. Plus she told me that my ex was not going to be able to do her part in making the logistics of this trip workable for me (long story, but essentially it would've involved an hours drive for her late Sunday afternoon.) I told my older daughter that these plans appear to have fallen apart and we need to do this another weekend. The thing that is upsetting to me is that I do not see these kids nearly as often as any of us would like. We are all busy and they live in Ct. I see them maybe 6 or 8 times a year... |
