I have to say you pretty much take the good with the bad! The years for me have been bad and good. Some years have been better than others. I know that body and mind wise I feel as good as did when I was 18. I have to say my best years came in my 30's. Not sure what the 40's will hold. Patience is a Virtue that is for sure. People come and they go, but being true to yourself and who you are shouldn't ever change.
