My "routine" consisted of keeping my calories/fat/salt/carbs low. No pop. No fast food, no junk food, and if there were chips or anything measure it out. And, doing crazy crunches lol.

Congrats! I've lost about 30 in the last couple months. It's crazy. None of my clothes fit anymore they're too big lol

That's big time weight loss - what was your routine?
running 3 miles a day, working out to fatigue 5 times a week with free weights. Oatmeal and bananna for breakfast, apple snack, salad no dressing lunch, salad with tuna dinner, and protein shake inbetween.

Good stuff guys - I hope to have a story like that in a couple of months
you can man. It is so easy once you get into the routine. That is the hardest thing, after that it is gravy

i think the hardest thing is finding a routine that works for u, and sticking with it. and not taking the easy way out on it all

yea i lost 60 last year...gained about 20 back :( but I have started my exercise program over again last week (now that my back is better)
