No, if you follow Nitche, what is is, and what isn't isn't.

In chaos therory it is also that way.

Pretty much in all the religions except Christianity it is thought of that way, only Christians believe in EVIL or WRONG.

I think if you believe in Divine power, whatever that Divinity may be, that is what keeps most of the world from doing things that are "detrimental" to others or themselves.

But Sin, and Evil, are Christian philosophies.

The Golden rule, The law of 3 fold, or Karma could also be thought of as Divine power.

Someone Rubbed my Stomach today and she Said "No more Food?".....it was a waitress in a Buffet Place I went to today...

Well there are 2 Buddhas, the one you speak of is Tahote, not the 'actual" Buddha. But he is most commonly refered to as Buddha. They are similar, but different at the same time.
