i stubbed my toe and need the opinions of folks that i don't know.
the situation.. i was walking in the dark and didn't see that i had left a 25lb weight laying on the floor. i'm not sure what to do. do i get an ice pack? do i turn the light on from now on? or should i just move the weight? pssst..i'm being facetious |

First ya turn the light on
Then ya move the weight some where so ya don't hit it again (cause chances are the other big toe is your next victum). Put ice on if it doesnt hurt too much- don't freeze it though. Put ice in a wash cloth. Hurts does'nt it! |

Keep doing it , that way you will build up a tolerance for it

here's one for you..
was at my computer for 2 hrs. had dead leg ..no pins and needles.. when I got up..I fell.. got up realizing the one leg was numb..so I held onto the chair..but when I put pressure to wake it up... dummy me let go of the chair... the top of my foot litterally bent backwards..(not the way in should be)... no pain...but not long later the pain came..I broke my toe... so I shake the legs if sitting to long.. |
