14) "Goodbye" and "I'm leaving" posts where a user is declaring that they are leaving the site are not allowed and will be deleted from the forums. You obviously are free to leave the site at any time, but if you wish to notify your friends that you are going, please do so using the private messaging system. copied from forum rules

Maybe they thought you were actually leaving... those topics aren't permitted. But I read it and you never said that... you just said you were thinking about it. You'll have to ask a moderator. If you go the forums page, then click on General Discussion, there is a link at the top called meet the moderators.

It said only that she was thinking of leaving. We were having a really good discussion for once and everyone was being civil. I am not complaining, though.

Ok - now that is the weirdest rule I've heard of no silly the wierdest rule is the one where you are forced to stay chained in my basement till further notice... but that one got deleted..
