Somewhere in my memory I believe there was something about a "Hall Of Souls" Is there one and if there is,I believe that everyone came from a place that there is no "Male" "Female" "Black" OR "White" Amoung all others

Many eastern philosophies have talked about oneness, or an original source of the soul for hundreds of years. Terrence Mckenna talked about a 'hall of souls' as a level reached in the dream-like state brought on by DMT (used by native americans to visit the spirit realm)

It may be so much as a "Figure Of Speach" but nobody will ever convince me that before you were born, you had a certain "color" or "sex" anything like that! You , as a person, have had to deal with the problems thrown at you in life, and that my friend is what has made youthe person you are.

I definately agree. I think the biology of our 'creation' brings a certain height, a color hair, etc. But what makes me, me and you, you is something else altogether. Our worldly perceptions are greatly based on the life we lived and the things we went through, but there's something else that connects us and gives us creativity and growth and inspiration...thoughts?

That brings on the thought of reincarnation, do we learn from past lives to be a better person, and until we learn, are we stuck here: "Learning"
You could be set in many different situations to learn from. Thats where we get these idiots that go out and take what they want, for instance "Murdurers and Rapists" They are young souls.An old soul can tell you why they did it but still agrees they should be punished. |

It's possible. Some people seem to be born wiser and more perceptive than others. Some grow faster and have more understanding and maturity than others. I've never really believed in reincarnation per se. But I'm a firm believer in the fact that we know next to nothing about ourselves and the world around us. I wouldn't presume to put aside any idea or perspective.
