So I was drivin along with a friend today, when a drunk a$$hole decided to run a stop sign..now i'm sitting in a car hurt..and all this jerkoff could think to do..was pick up the pieces of his own vehicle..I hate stupid people!explode

If this person was seriously drunk..here is a great remedy. You get out (if you can) and beat the living sh*t out of them, break some of thier bones when possible. Then when the cops arrive, you say he was already like that. Who are they going to believe, you the sober victim, or the drunk driver? drinker

Good answer I agree

noway Oh, let me count the ways............. this is Not, I repeat NOT, the correct answer.noway noway

Why not?? You can't kill the irresponsible pieces of sh*t, so why not mame the idiots???

You have someone close get killed by one of these kind, then you chime in to what is right and what is not. Personally, I think they should serve LIFE and if they kill someone, automatic death sentence. Maybe make some of the idiot lame brained Americans THINK before they do something so damn STUPID. drinker

My Aunt was hit in 1987 by a drunk driver driving with a suspended license and no insurance. She sustained brain injuries from the accident and spent the remainder of her life as practically a vegetable. She finally passed away in 2007 from an infection. The court awarded this fine upstanding citizen who destroyed my Aunt's life with ROR. To this day she has eleven outstanding bench warrants issued for her arrest. She may be in Mexico or somewhere else for all we know.

You were extremely lucky. It could have been much much worse.

Some friends of mine lost their mom on their birthday as she went to the store to get cake supplies...her neck was snapped in three places....The twins were 5 when it happened. very sad.

My mom was hit by a drunk driver...she was OK...thank God!

the penalties are not strict enough...

Okay. And then she fled. Ain't that something?

My ex's brother was killed by a drunk driver about 10 yrs. ago.
They let the driver go - no punishment, nothing, nada.

Well, being the drunk that he was - he kept eventually getting himself in trouble and now sits in a jail somewhere. bigsmile

She already had outstanding bench warrants for other DUIs at the time. They let her out on ROR because she never made any of her other court dates so she didn't have a conviction yet.
