no asshole nosey neighbors no need to worry about not having a parking spot you can have sex and dance around naked any where you want to and no one will see you or call the cops room to plant any thing and everything to you want to there isnt **** around cons if it snows to much your pretty much stuck there if the power goes out and the phone dies then you slip and fall no one is there to help you out you cant just go to the store real quick and pick something up no one wants to drive to your house to hang out so you always have to drive to thier house there isnt **** around |

Peace and quiet, no neighbors to iritate, shooting in the backyard, bonfires when it gets cold and no one to tell you what to do in your own yard. I lived at the beach with a homeowners association and got real sick real fast of other people trying to tell me what to plant, paint, park and where, how and why.
