Im not sure kirk, im medical not a doc, whats up? i have had a wicked cough especially in the morning when i brush my teeth and it has been going on for way over a year. and i get sores in my nose sometimes. and the other problem is a personal male issue.

Depends on what kind of forms you are looking for. You can find alot of legal health forms on legalzoom.com like the advance directive. This form is how you would want things handled if you were not able to make the decisions yourself. Hope this helps

im not sure what you have going on, hroids doesn't seem to be the main cause though

Do you smoke? no although i have tried chewing tobacco in my life and chocolate flavored cigars in my lifetime and that made me puke!

i would get some blood drawn, just a wild guess here, you sound like you could be a little anemic

Dunno, have you tried actually making an appointment to be seen about this? If it has been going on over a year....I really think that you should be seen rather than looking for home remedies...just a thought.

If you have insurance you need to see a doctor. We cannot help you. I do not have insurance. Then I would call a resource line and look for a free clinic, or reduced sliding scale facility. You need to see a doctor.
