You also have to differentiate between corporate owned stores and private owned stores. The private ones don't have the same customer service policies that the corporate ones do.

all mcds have the same policys. or at least thats what i've seen.. It just depends on the people working there. I love the interaction with the people, and the jokes with the little old men that come in, and the casual flirting with the young guys. so i tend to go above and beyond my call of duty there.

I think McDonalds just needs to treat their employees better. Then maybe they would care more.

i agree...we do get treated kinda bad. theres too much stress, and stuff and not enough pay. or benifits of the job.

i agree...we do get treated kinda bad. theres too much stress, and stuff and not enough pay. or benifits of the job. My friend has been working at McDonalds for two years and gets paid less than I do now, and I just started at Starbucks. We also get really good benefits.
