from a girls perspective I don't think they are mature enough until they are at least 25 if not older

I was 35 when I got married. Go to europe and backpack, see the world before you settle down. You have to do something so exciting that it sticks with you for the rest of your life cause after you get married it might never happen.

Around 35 perhaps.... any time is a good time. One should never really settle down in spirit.
