pistons produce power and the cylinder is what the piston go into to

4 CYL.MOTORS. CHEV HAD A FEW FOUR CYL WITH THE SAME LITER SIZES. SAME
WITH DODGE. A 1985-1991 FORD AEROSTAR HAD A 2.8 LITER MOTOR.THEN THEY
WENT WITH A 3.0 BUT THE LONG BASE ONES HAD A 3.8 UNTIL 91THEN IT WAS A
4.0.THESE AEROSTAR MOTORS WERE A V6 ENGINE. ANY MORE Q'S?

divid 4.3 by 6 and youll get the liter size of number one cylinder if
thats of any importance if you want performance slap in a high
performance cam shaft, a header, and a flow master muffler, then see if
there is a computer programer availible for you application you put way
to much infasis on liters and cylinders my 2.4l 4x4 will most likely
smoke you fire bird in the quarter mile with bolt on modifications. If
your looking for performance change your direction of what equals
horsepower.

I dont do ford if you go back and read the post I do 50 / 60's vette
motors I'm an ASE Certified technician for a living my nissan 4x4 has a
2.4 with modifications as far as info I use Mitchell on demand or
alldata computerized manuals. I have no idea what your asking about the
liters on the ford unless I look it up I know chevy has a 4.3.
