I was 47 before i had a grandbaby and now my second one is due, maybe
it's because we don't have as many kids and grandkids as grannies use to have, so we don't get old as quick........sounds good to me!!! |

Yup 4fun, you are, along with the rest of us. I remember when I was a
kid my granny was in her 70s, I am not there, and most of the grannies I know now are in their 40s and 50s, a WHOLE different point of view from when I was a kid. Lots of good looking grannies out there. Nothing cooler than my 2-1/2 y/o grandson calling me "Gamma" = that is the best. |

Anybody else on here had a hard time accepting the fact that they became
a grandmother or is it just me. I was 50 when I became a grandma and boy, was it difficult for me.

Hey don't get me wrong guys, I love my grandaughter to death and I'm a darn good grandma, but I guess it was the part about being a grandma , getting old. Oh don't mind me , I can't explain it.
