It's not always easy to tell someone how you feel
And still keep it real
Flowery words complicate things
They get in the way
So I choose simple words
My thoughts of you they convey
Know that its not for the moment
It's for everyday
How much more simple can it be
You have captivated me
Strong and silent you tend to be
But in those quiet times
When its just me and you
I see how you feel
With your tenderness
Your gentle hands
I'll tear down the walls
And you will see
How you feel for me
I am in your thoughts you say
And I can see this every day
So take your time
I'm right here
I'm not goin any where
