Oh sorry love.... Most of us do.. mostly, i work on my stomach. i've recently upped my working out(like i told ya) and was trying to be good about food. cept tonight i had me some ice cream They say don't completely deny yourself so maybe that wasn't so bad.. |

It honestly became hard for me to look at myself in the mirror. And I wanted to set a better example for my sons. One of the hardest parts of being a parent. Wanting the best for them, but having to lead by example   , but d@mn, I just didn't want them to ever go through that. I was a whore. Never cheated on a girlfriend, just slept with many. And many friends that were girls too. They may not have been watching, but it's amazing what your conscience does for you even if you aren't in their sight

They say don't completely deny yourself so maybe that wasn't so bad.. losing weight and being in shape takes more than one day, so i think i'm ok. just need to reafirm my resolve, lost it somewhere. was working out pretty good for a while and then i slowed down... YOU KNOW WHAT IT WAS?? all the damn holidays with the great foods. bleh |
