Have camped many times with just a lean to that I made..... Can't pack the canoe too full... Would you go on a 2 week canoe trip??

YESSSSSSSSSS I love to cook. Anything I can learn would be a help to me. Even though I consider myself a good cook, there is always room for improvement. Do you like to experiment with given receipes to see if you can make it better?
