All of these can basically be summed up as being inconsiderate. Too many people today have no consideration for anybody else. Turn signals are there for a reason. Don't expect me to help you make a turn if you don't signal it. Don't think that if you run up to the front of a long line of waiting cars that I'm going to let you in. And I leave two seconds in front of me, not for your unsignaled, illegal and dangerous lane change, but because I'm being being safe. A little consideration goes a long way. I like your reasoning. However, I am not in kansas. In LA its, dog eat DOG! 
With all that being said, it's to bad city folk think they are the rats ass. I'm sooory for the erosion of tradition and respect.

Hmmm.
Been there, done that. Had a person say something rude, confronted the situation and there was some banter. However, I was the Land Lord and they were the tenant. So things were alread out of balance. She, however did not see that. She was pissed because I did not duke it out with the guy. (duke..?? That's showing some age.) Well long story short, she never again respected me for it. I gues I was supposed to take the guy out, drag him infornt of his family and defend her honor. Couldn't do that, because as the Land Lord, I alway's had the upper hand. I guess it was a guy thing, but I am not going to kick a person who helps me pay my mortgage in the nuts. Its just wrong.
