I was riding around in the car with my dad. I fell sleep and had a dream that I was falling. My dad realized that I was asleep and decided to do a "break check". They know about the surgery. They currently have me working on lunges. But I'm having a seriously hard time doing the. I couldn't do them in Physical Therapy either.

I had knee surgery in September. I went through physical therapy through December. I finally decided that it's time for me to get healthy. I joined a gym. I found out that I really need to work on my flexibility and strength in my legs. Anyone have any good tips on stretches I can do to boost the strength and flexibility in my legs??

I have full range of motion in the leg I had surgery on. I can bend my knee all the way back and straighten it all the way straight. Just need to work on strength.
