One improvement would be to replace no answer with yes or no on have any children.Leaving that blank will cause some people to skip past your profile in a quick click.

Triple zero seeing as how the profile says the kids live at home.Honestly if I had a partner who used that stuff I'd try to get full custody so the kids wouldn't get hurt or try it as well.
