Happy/Good News Segment

I am starting this thread to share the happy, light-hearted things we hear as we go about our days. It can be anything as long as it is not sad or depressing.
This morning I shared with hg that I heard on the news they are starting an Alzheimer's Registry. You submit pics of your loved ones and if they wander off and get lost, they post the pics on TV to help find you. I was so excited to share this with my kids as they are always teasing me about having Alzheimer's. My youngest daughter's response was: Oh we already have a plan. We are going to put an invisible fence around your yard and you will wear that thing around your neck, then if you try to get out you'll get shocked. Yeah, they love me.

WOW, welcome to all the new people. Yes, there are a lot of wild and crazy people here, not me of course. I am very sane and subdued. But, anyway, you guys will have a lot of fun here if you stick around.

Good afternoon my friends............. I am bored!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one to talk to. Did everybody have computer problems today? Oh well, the barn cat sneaked back in the house he just knocked over the cat food bowl. Here we go again....at least I can chase the pest around the house until I catch him and throw him out. 
Hey Teresa, still dealing with the cat huh? I have been in and out here but getting bored now myself. |

Just in case you missed the morning I had with my barn cat. Here is his angel side and his name is Charlie. I got Charlie when I went backyard saling on Stroker. I knew I needed a barn cat due to the grain in the barn. It was kinda of fun until he got scared and started to go after the horse. I had to take him back to the sale and ask them to hold him until I could pick him up in the truck. 
I don't know what Charlie looks like when he is sleeping in the barn, but he looks very much at home in this one

Now they won't have to worry about me getting lost!!

This has become a challenge the little #@##@@$#$ just got me in the butt. If I get my hands on him I am going to throw him out the door.

Oh good he went back to bed!!!! I am going to get him now. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhh!

Good Morning to you Teresa, thanks for the coffee. It is cold here AGAIN, 27 degrees. I don't do well in cold weather. How are you? Good morning July, I think I had better go back to bed and finish my sleep. That cat is now curled up a sleep. I think I will sneek up on him and scare him. Serves him right for waking me up.

Now that was fun!!!! I think he thought something got him. It looks like he was running in place, couldn't get his feet going fast enough. Now wake me up again you little pest!!!!!

very nice,in th 70's,,,rode th harley to th beach,,,,,had dinner with sister,,,,,was a cool ride home tho OK boneyjoe, here's the deal. You need to clear out some floor space because we are all coming to your house. We will bring our own sleeping bags. All you have to do is provide the space and make coffee every morning
I am packing now!!!!!
By the time he gets around to reading this, we'll all be there!!!
