I'm with Newbiechick and Sleeplessnights. If you exchange phone numbers, the interest is there (otherwise I would not give my number). I wouldn't wait three days and if he would, well, I'd assume he wasn't interested and forget about it.
I want a man that's interested in me and who has the guts to show it. I'm not interested in games, making me wait 3 days.

If a woman gives me her number I just ask her when would be a good time to call. Shows that I'm keen and prepared to do what's convenient for her.

I was talking to a friend of mine today about dating. He gave his number to a lady and hasnot heard from her yet. He said she was probably waiting three days so that she would not seem desperate. Does this three day rule really exist? Who uses this rule and why three days?
