Pain level 2 : you will stay calm in every situation
Pain level 3 : you will just smile and accept every thing
Pain level 4: you MUST decide not to go back to what crushed you even if that same pain knocks your door again showing you fake glitters!

each level has to take time to happen and your body has the strength to go through each level to make you finally reach the level 3. Level 4 - is up to you, whether you want to go through all levels again or you wish to move on with the smile in level 3

When two of them start chatting as friends and after some days, the man's nature changes as he falls in love though he delays proposing her but the woman's instinct finds out that he has fallen in love with her.. he treats her so special and surrounds her always, addressing her with some adorable nick names and if that woman likes him and whatever he does before he finally proposes love to her - that intermittent period with that man is adorable n definitely better than sex yah 🤪

but then after the woman accepts the proposal, different story - all emotions of him are like hussshhhh in the airrrr

Life isn't, yes true but we can make it a bed of roses by doing the positive things you like, by surrounding yourself amidst motivated people, by stepping away from negative people n environments which drain you down.

Most important is, whatever you think or tell yourself matters alot. Try telling yourself each day that life is a bed of roses and I'm going to enjoy it n keep noting the changes you and your body feels Stay motivated!
