The clutch cable has to be moved to the front of the handlebars and we just ran out of time the day we( son) were doing it... they are a work in progress Yea, would love to have the highway pegs but my legs are kind of short, will have to check it out.. once you put the crash bars on they should be closer for you and your short legs [/quot That might work, thanks Also on those 883's they have a bracket that allows you to put them closer I have a 2009 XL1200L sorry ,,,,but same principal applies to them too same frame

<------this is what the bike looks like now. new seat and bags.. my little honda is going thru an upgrade,,,new paint and back rest and maybe bags ,,,and hwy pegs Well I still have a windshield and engine guards( I call them crash bars..LOL) to go on yet.. the windshield is a good idea ,,,cuts the wind down alot

Hi Carole ,,,hows the day going ,,or should i say the nite Going good, just back from dinner and walmarts, starting to rain here.. we had snow on the weekend and coming thru minnisota yesterday they were under a winter storm watch I am not looking forward to that... Oldest daughter is coming in Fri from the Denver area.. she's seen the snow already!! its going to be a long winter i'm afraid If you have any runs to AZ, come by and pick me and the bike up and drop me off there...LOL I will do that as long as you take me for a ride with you well ok but you will have to sit on the fender or the handlebars.... have a single seat on there now.. Can we get a picture of that Wayne? You on the handlebars of the Harley That would depend on which way she wants me to face You are wicked!!! I have my moments
