What is it that makes men think all it takes for a woman to want to date them is a picture of them holding a fish? Has anyone noticed how many of these pics are floating around? Who told them this was a great gimmick? If you're a guy with a fish picture in your profile, come out of the woodwork and tell us what you know! Does anyone have any ideas on this, because I've been seeing an increase in fish pictures lately and it's really making me wonder... The size of a mans fish relates t the size of his penis!! the ones without a picture of a fish are ashamed to show their minnows.  since mine is only a 8 1/2 pound cat.. that is slightly over average, Wish I had a 80 pounder! So you tell me, is their a problem with guys showing pictures of things we enjoy doing??? we see a lot of biker pictures, drinking alcohol pictures, boating pictures, casino and nature pictures..If people enjoy these things... why not show it?  Im guessin this guys got a huge knob!! |

Topic: I have come to find out... ...that most girls want guys who treat them like complete crap. It is sickening how many couples I see fight almost on a daily basis. Then when they do break up, they usually get back with the same jerk. I could never give someone that many chances. You can only burn so many bridges before it is too late to go back with them. Who the hell would want confrontation in their life anyway? I do not. I never got the logic behind it. If someone does, please, do tell... This, to me, is more of a statement about 'girls'. Theres nothing about hen pecked men who keep goin back for more.... That is because I have not seen men do it...yet. I don't get out much, as you can tell. I have come to find out... ...that most girls want guys who treat them like complete crap. This may be ur opinion, but it does not reflect reality. U r generalizing. Ive known men that were bullied, even sexually harassed by their women in their own home, who put up with it for a long time. I just wish more ppl would see humanity for wat it is....good and BAD....its nothing to do with the sexes, putting blame on it(by way of generalising) is just a way of venting emotional anger.. imo. |

You know, I'm not gonna talk about you, but let's say it's me who says this...I noticed too and seen when girls continue to hang out with the same person who treats them like crap, but I also noticed, that when I see and notice that, it's sort of a jealousy thing. I try to figure out why I fail or don't have something, so I look at others and point the finger, that "person is so much worse than me, how does he do it?" - sort of thing. Right. That was my initial question. Jerks are jerks, in life we have them....both women and men. I wanna know why ppl assume that only 1 sex r manipulative? |

i realize i cuzz way too much. its like everyother word. and dont let me be upset. then cusswords flow out like broken water line pipe. im too old for this any real ideas on how i can quit this. (p.s.-->its really, really , really bad.and i got to fix this like a.s.a.p) I work with a lad at college....im helping him get on top of his swearing habit, 1 thing that helps, is substituting the 'F' word for summit else, for example, Fluff, or any other unoffensive word. Mostly, its about keeping ur cool and not getting anxious in the first place...count to 10 n all that. |

My life works in waves....i can have really busy times in my life where it is all go and very productive and fruitful....then there r other times when my life is very quiet with not a lot going on.

I suffer from anxiety, but ive lately been trying to use CBT techniques to try keep me calm....
Think of: The negative thought The feelings....and The consequences. Its all about trying to retrain ur brain to recognise negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones. For example, my kid tells me he hates me, my negative thought is "im a failure", which then makes me feel crap and i become upset....and i challenge him, and it results in an argument where by both of us feel crap and there is no resolution. IF i had thought positively and not took it personal, i wouldve thought "ok, hes trying to engage in an argument, but im not going to engage, im just gonna be calm and express myself without anger". Dunno if i made my point lol! but hey, thats me for ya! |
