yep this is my last weekend for drinkin beer, soda, smokin weed and cigs......ive already got it planned out....statrin monday j water and juice and i already have 2 buddies that served and want to help me train...im in good shape now but if i want to excell i need to be stronger and have more endurance  cheers mate.!!!!
oh believe me im gonna tie one on tomorrow nite....tonite im j gonna get a lil high and watch tv and talk to wonderful folks
