1-2lb Frozen skinless chicken breast
1 can diced tomatoes 1 packet low sodium taco seasoning Place fully frozen chicken in the bottom of the crockpot. In a bowl mix tomato & taco seasoning. Pour evenly over the chicken. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours The shred chicken in crockpot with fork. We make actual tacos or burritos with it or taco salad. Even my kiddos love it. |
