Good to hear you are progressing. Don't give up on those exercises they give you to do. I know it's a pain, but trust me it all works out for the better. You got that right, alot of pain trying to get everything back in order again. the theropist comes 3 times a wk then I do the same stuff the other days when shes not here. the walking is easy just the bend hurts like crazy. I started using a cane yesterday instead of the walker, like that a whole lot better.

Hey flame. Good to see you're up and about. How's the knee? still pretty sore but getting better each day. staples came out yesterday so feels alot better than it did.

Just thought I would come on for a short and tell everyone to have a good night, did theropy today knocked me on my butt. Flame, did I see surgery wednesday, for you? Do you have a laptop to take , so we can get updates? No I don't have a lap top, but my daughter will let betty and carol know how I did with the surgery, she will get on wed after the surgery is over.
