excersize and cut calories
I have that. It doesn't help. I feel like when I walk the back of my legs feel like jello. It's so flabby.

I'm so sad over the way my body looks.It just disgusts me. After having four children my body looks awful. Clothes don't fit or look right on me. Maybe it's because of the way they are made nowadays. I have tried losing weight. That didn't help. I've tried lifting weights. I've even excerised. Nothing works. My body just seems to keep getting worser looking. I use to enjoy wearing shorts, but now I am ashamed to. What suggestions do any of you women have that I haven't tried that might could help? Or am I losing the battle? I don't have money for surgeries to make it look better.
