Eminem...great? Not quite, Tupac was great, Biggy was great, even Dre was great in his day. Eminem is just someone doing what they love and making money at the same time, few of his songs spread a positive message and almost all convey a negative image (which it seems he has tried hard to keep). Tupac changed people with his words, Biggie tried to narrow the gap between the west and east; these my friend are great rappers. Em is good in his own right. all genres of music portray both a positive and negative image.it all depends on how they're feeling when the song was written and alot of them don't write their own songs,so they're actually portraying what the writer of the song is feeling. hell my mom is in her mid 50's and she loves Eminem TELL you MOM shes rocks if she likes eminem

tupac be a legend though. his lyrics motivate. Exactly, that was when rap was good...now days it is all about making that next platinum album and there are so few that actually try too inspire (Busta is one off the top of my head). Ya rap is dead hwy im gald EMinem is back!
